June 2025 Update

“And he said to me, “O Daniel, man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak to you, and stand upright, for I have now been sent to you. While he was speaking this word to me, I stood trembling. Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia with-stood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia.” - Daniel 10: 11-13

The Six-Day War, a pivotal conflict between Israel and a coalition of Arab states, primarily Egypt, Syria and Jordan ended on June 10th , 1967.

Almost 58 years to the day, the “Twelve-Day War” with Iran, formerly Persia, has come to a close, pending all parties keeping to the cease fire agreement brokered by President Trump.

Israel is attempting to get back to normal. Schools and businesses have reopened, as well as the airport. It was a very costly battle. 2,305 apartments in 240 buildings were damaged or destroyed leaving 13,197 Israeli’s homeless.

The last two months we have hosted friends from America who came to stand with Israel, serve, seek God for wisdom & direction, be a blessing, and be blessed. They did not plan on experiencing sirens. emergency alerts. sonic booms from long-range missiles. Interceptions in the sky, fighter jets overhead or life in a bomb shelter at 3am extending their visit or cancelled flights, but they did become true world travelers as in their attempt to return home to America, they got the privilege of visiting the United Arab Emirates Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Jordan because our airport in Israel was closed. You could not leave from Israel. You either had to journey to the border crossing in Jordan, or take a boat to Cypress.

Come to Israel-See the World!

We continue to receive inquiries from churches regarding the viability of sending mission teams to Israel. Hopefully, things will settle down, U.S air carriers will begin flying, and common sense will prevail.

Our ministry does not have warehouses of supplies or aid, or a soup kitchen, or clothing , food, or furniture distribution, but we work with organizations that do. The needs are very great. The workers are few…Pray about coming to serve.

This latest crisis will, more than ever, test whether we are a community who puts our trust in the princes of men or whose help is the God of Jacob, and whose hope is in the Lord our God.

Let us be steadfast in prayer. Even Daniel’s prayers for the nation of Israel were challenged by the unseen principality of the Prince of Persia.

And so today, we rejoice. We give thanks for a cessation of violence, both in Israel and Iran. We are thankful for still missile launchers, for grounded aircraft, for silence where there was once destruction. However, while the noise of active warfare fades, the aftermath is only beginning to take shape. The toll on lives, bodies, minds, and communities does not lift as quickly as the dust of fallen buildings. That’s why our prayers are still needed.

Here are some relevant prayer points:

Pray for protection over all who dwell in this land—Jews, Arabs, Muslims, Christians, foreign workers, and visitors.

Pray for the bereaved, for all who have lost loved ones in recent days. Ask the God of all comfort to draw near to the brokenhearted.

Pray for Israel’s military leadership, as well as the men & women of the IDF.

Pray for Iranian civilians, many of whom now live in fear and uncertainty.

Pray for emergency responders in Israel—ambulance teams, firefighters, search and rescue units—working under immense strain across the country. Ask that they be given supernatural endurance, calm minds, and swift hands as they serve and protect

Pray against the rise of antisemitism. Around the world, Jewish communities are facing renewed hatred and threats under the cover of political outrage. This ancient evil once again seeks to use war as an excuse to attack and dehumanize.

Pray for protection over synagogues, Jewish neighborhoods, and families, particularly across Europe and North America.

Pray for the return of all hostages still hidden in the tunnels of Gaza.

Behold, He watches over Israel, neither slumbers nor sleeps. – Psalm 121:4
