Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Messiah Yeshua concerning you. - 1 Thessalonians 16-18

Our 2am morning journey to the airport for Ride Nature’s departure back to Fort Myers, Florida completed our 2019 schedule.

The Christian skateboard/surfing ministry has been doing their thing all over the world in 30 different countries, but never had any contacts “on the ground” in Israel, until now!

We are rejoicing and giving thanks for the doors that were opened in the skateboard world of Israel. Tremendous divine appointments in Tel Aviv with “Itamar”, who runs a skateboard ministry for low income, “at risk” kids, one block from the Tel Aviv skatepark. Ride Nature blessed them with many new skateboards, shoes, and shirts.
I blessed Itamar with a New Covenant in Hebrew which he accepted and promised to read. Pray for Itamar pictured above on the left. He’s the one who looks a bit like John (he wasn’t a Baptist)the Baptist.
I thought I’d be able to teach these young skateboarders a thing or two, but I couldn’t even stand up on the darn thing. Give me a hockey stick and a pair of skates, and I would have shown them what skating is really about !! They have promised to return next year, and cultivate all of the new relationships.
Pastor Dave Pierce of Calvary Ft. Collins preceded Ride Nature with a fantastic team of true servants and evangelists, which included Pastor Juan and Brooke Guevara from Calvary Buena Vista, Florida as well as Pastor Rommel Gil from Calvary Chapel of The Redwoods.
The team served at the Alliance Church Cemetary, Leket Israel, the park in Ein Kerem, Beautiful Land in the Galilee, The Joseph Project, and our Soldier Outreach at the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem.
I must single out the most unique method of approaching the soldiers by Rommel Jr. Pictured above, he purchased an IDF shirt for his son, and asked the soldiers if they would sign it for him. I don’t think anybody said no. He had tremendous favor and numerous opportunities to share and plant seeds!
The team also visited Yad Vashem, Ein Gedi, Masada, The Dead Sea, Capernaum, boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, The Old City, The Western Wall, the Valley of Elah, the Garden Tomb, the Ramparts Walk, as well as the Road to Emmaus.
Bess and I are rejoicing and giving thanks for the privilege of ministering to the “Lost Sheep” for yet another year. It could not have been done without the 10 teams that joined us this year. That is a record number for us, as well as all those that have been standing with us in prayer and financial support for the past 5 years.

It’s all we can see is “todah rabah” ! (thank you very much!)

We already have 6 scheduled teams for 2020, so if you are thinking of joining us, let us know as soon as possible.
